After completing a Bachelors of Physiotherapy degree from Nitte University, India, she honed her skills in Mumbai's private sector clinics for two years. Driven by a thirst for knowledge and a commitment to holistic care, Dipti ventured to Canada in 2017, earning a Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from Durham College, Oshawa. Since then, she has immersed herself in various healthcare settings, including long-term care facilities, retirement homes, and private clinics across Ontario.
She is highly skilled in treating a diverse range of musculoskeletal, neurological, geriatric and women's health conditions. Her dedication to patient-centered care led her to pursue certifications in pelvic floor physiotherapy, further enhancing their ability to address the unique needs of women's health. Physiotherapist
Georgiana Begu is a Registered Physiotherapist with over 20 years of diverse clinical experience in both European and Canadian healthcare settings. She graduated in 2003 from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy Carol Davila in Bucharest, Romania, with a specialization in Physiotherapy. She began her career at the Emergency Hospital Floreasca, one of Romania's top emergency care facilities, where she provided physiotherapy services from 2003 to 2005. After moving to Montreal, Quebec in 2005, Georgiana completed the equivalency of her physiotherapy credentials at McGill University between 2006 and 2008. She then joined the Jewish General Hospital, where she worked until 2015, gaining extensive experience in acute care, outpatient rehabilitation, and interdisciplinary teamwork.
In 2015, she relocated to Windsor, Ontario, where she has been proudly serving the community as part of Back on Track Physiotherapy, providing care in both the Eldercare Division and clinical settings. Georgiana offers a wide range of physiotherapy services including Manual Therapy, Electrotherapy, Laser Therapy, Ultrasound Therapy, Concussion Management, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Peripheral Joint Manipulation, Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) Rehabilitation, and WSIB (Workplace Safety and Insurance Board) Injury Rehabilitation. She is fluent in English, French, and Romanian, allowing her to communicate effectively with a diverse patient population. Known for her patient-centered approach and dedication to evidence-based care, Georgiana is committed to helping individuals restore function, manage pain, and achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Shivang Khamar is a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist committed to helping clients restore movement, build strength, and return to the activities they love. He brings a client-centered approach to every session, combining clinical expertise with genuine care to achieve meaningful outcomes. Shivang earned his Physiotherapy education in India and has since gained extensive experience working with diverse populations across Canada, including pediatric, orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical clients. He has a strong interest and advanced skills in musculoskeletal (MSK) assessment and rehabilitation, particularly in helping clients recover from acute and chronic injuries, postural dysfunctions, and sports-related conditions.
Shivang is passionate about creating evidence-based treatment plans that empower patients to take an active role in their recovery. His approach emphasizes education, exercise prescription, and hands-on techniques to promote long-term wellness and injury prevention. Outside of work, Shivang enjoys watching cricket and tennis, and exploring local trails. Languages spoken: English, Hindi, Gujarati.
Chiropractor
Dr. Lévesque is a licenced chiropractor from Woodslee, ON, who graduated in 2020 from the New York Chiropractic College. Prior to this, he obtained his honours degree in Biological Sciences at the University of Windsor, whilst minoring in French studies. Beyond earning his degree, Dr. Lévesque obtained advanced certifications in Whole Foods Nutrition, as well as Sports Science and Human Performance. Additionally, he obtained his certificate in contemporary medical acupuncture at McMaster University.
Dr. Lévesque found interest to pursue a career in chiropractic by seeing first-hand the immediate benefits in aiding the sports injuries he sustained in the past. He prides himself on the knowledge he can offer for a wide variety of patients based on the rigorous hours spent studying in school and on the latest research in techniques. He strives to effectively treat various musculoskeletal injuries using joint mobilizations, myofascial techniques, and rehabilitative exercise programs tailored to each patient. He is fully committed to offering the highest quality treatment to all of his patients, whether that is for high caliber athletes, or even the aspiring weekend warrior. Outside of the office, you can find him staying active by playing golf, hockey, tennis, running, and powerlifting.

Hoda Bondok is a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant who plays an essential role in supporting the rehabilitation journey of patients at Back on Track Physiotherapy. Working under the direct supervision of licensed physiotherapists, Hoda assists in implementing personalized treatment plans designed to help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve their overall function.
