Krishna Patel is a dedicated physiotherapist with over seven years of clinical experience. She completed her Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from India in 2012 and has since worked with patients across all age groups.

Her expertise includes treating pediatric, orthopedic, and neurological conditions, as well as providing antenatal and postnatal care. Krishna takes a personalized approach to treatment, combining hands-on manual therapy, patient education, and customized exercise programs to help each individual reach their functional goals.

She is passionate about empowering her patients and is committed to making a meaningful difference in their health and well-being.

Registered Physiotherapist

Maitree is a dedicated Registered Physiotherapist at Back on Track Physiotherapy, where she focuses on helping patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy and has strong clinical experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, post-operative recovery, and functional movement training.

With additional certification in Clinical Kinesiology Maitree integrates evidence-based physiotherapy with holistic movement techniques to optimize healing and enhance long-term outcomes. Her calm, supportive approach and commitment to personalized care make her a valuable part of the Back on Track Physiotherapy team.

Outside of her professional life, Maitree enjoys reading, Hiking and Travelling.

Glenda Mendes

Resident Physiotherapist

Musculoskeletal Conditions Spine Rehabilitation Pain Management Core Muscle Activation Long-Term Care

Based in Welland, Ontario, Glenda is a dedicated Physiotherapy Resident with a strong clinical background in physiotherapy and restorative care. She currently serves as the Rehabilitation Services Manager at a Long-Term Care Home, where she oversees departmental operations, staff leadership, and the delivery of resident-centered care.

Her expertise is deeply rooted in MSK conditions and Spine rehabilitation, having served as a Spine Consultant where she diagnosed and treated musculoskeletal patients, managed pain, and taught core muscle activation. A Gold Medalist and "Best Outgoing Student" from her Bachelor's of Physiotherapy program, she also holds a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion with President's Honor Roll distinction.

Whether leading a rehabilitation department or working one-on-one with patients to improve their quality of life, she combines technical biomechanical knowledge with a compassionate, patient-centred approach.

Melissa is a dedicated Clinic Care Manager at Back on Track Physiotherapy, bringing over 10 years of experience in healthcare — including 6 years in physiotherapy and clinic management — to her role. She combines strong clinical, administrative, operational, and patient-care experience to keep the clinic running smoothly.

Melissa studied Executive Office Administration at Niagara College, which gave her a strong foundation in organization, communication, and healthcare administration. Over the years, she has gained extensive experience managing busy clinic environments, supporting patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, coordinating care, and working with motor vehicle accident claims and HCAI.

Melissa is passionate about creating a welcoming and organized environment where patients feel heard, supported, and confident in their care. She believes that every patient deserves to feel valued and cared for from the moment they walk through the door.
