What is Physiotherapy?

Physiotherapy is a healthcare profession focused on helping people restore, maintain, and maximize their physical strength, function, motion, and overall well-being. Our registered physiotherapists are movement experts who use evidence-based techniques to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of conditions.

Through a combination of manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, education, and advanced modalities, physiotherapy addresses the root cause of pain and dysfunction—not just the symptoms. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition, or looking to optimize your physical performance, physiotherapy can help you achieve your goals.

At Back on Track, our physiotherapists take a holistic, patient-centered approach to care, ensuring you receive personalized treatment tailored to your unique needs and recovery goals.
