Carly has been a Registered Physiotherapist since 2013 and a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT) since 2018. She graduated from Queen's University with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy and holds a degree in Physical Health and Education from the University of Toronto and a degree in Therapeutic Recreation from Brock University. After working as a Physiotherapist for 4 years she went on to achieve a Masters of Clinical Science in Advanced Health Care Practice (Manipulative Therapy) from Western University.
Carly has taken post-graduate courses in Manual Therapy, Acupuncture, Dry Needling and the Shoulder Complex and is able to treat a wide variety of conditions, both spinal and peripheral, including non-concussion related headaches and TMJ issues. She uses an evidence-based approach incorporating manual therapy, exercise and education, with a focused assessment and treatment tailored to each client.
Carly enjoys staying active, participating in sports, traveling and hiking. She grew up playing competitive soccer and dancing and more recently has taken up curling, gardening and doing home renovations. Carly feels that her experiences help her appreciate the importance of a strong rehabilitative team to enable return to sport and normal function following an injury.

Kelly is a highly skilled physiotherapist with a wealth of experience and expertise in the field, having been a registered physiotherapist since 2007. In 2016, she became a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT). Kelly earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Dalhousie University in 2004 and continued her education by obtaining her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from Queen's University in 2007, followed by her Masters of Clinical Science in Manipulative Physiotherapy from Western University in 2016.
As a proud member of the Canadian Armed Forces from 2007 to 2024, Kelly served her country with honor and distinction. Throughout her career, she provided vital care to soldiers, sailors, and aviators, both at home and abroad. Kelly's service took her on deployments to Afghanistan, Latvia, and Romania, where she played a crucial role in supporting the health and well-being of military personnel. In addition, Kelly was the Physiotherapist at various international sporting events, including the World Military Games in Brazil and the Military World Championships for women's soccer and triathlon. She also proudly served on the medical team for Team Canada at the Invictus Games in Toronto.
Kelly is also a certified Graston Technique provider. As a certified Graston Technique provider, Kelly has undergone rigorous training to master this technique. This certification ensures that you receive the highest standard of care, leveraging the latest advancements in soft tissue therapy to get you back to your best self.
Kelly's commitment to professional development is evident through her extensive post-graduate training, which includes specialization in manual therapy, McKenzie levels A, B, and C, acupuncture, dry needling, concussion management, vestibular rehabilitation, and more.
Drawing from her comprehensive training and rich experience, Kelly tailors individualized treatment approaches for each of her patients. Her areas of expertise include orthopaedic conditions, concussion management, vestibular rehabilitation, and is passionate about helping her patients achieve their health and wellness goals.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Kelly enjoys an active lifestyle. You might catch her and her husband exploring town on their electric unicycles or paddling on standup paddle boards. She also finds joy in activities like weightlifting, spinning, and yoga.

Vraj is a dedicated and compassionate registered physiotherapist committed to helping individuals achieve their health, fitness, and wellness goals through a holistic and personalized approach.
A 2021 graduate of Gujarat University in India, Vraj has gained diverse clinical experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings, providing comprehensive care to patients with a wide range of conditions. His passion for continuous learning led him to pursue a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion at Algonquin College, further expanding his ability to integrate fitness-based exercise, training principles, and wellness strategies into individualized treatment plans.
As a registered physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, Vraj is skilled in a variety of therapeutic techniques, including the Graston Technique, Acupuncture, Cupping, Kinesiology Taping and Functional Dry Needling, the latter of which he completed through Evidence in Motion. He has a strong interest in sports rehabilitation and has had the privilege of working as a physiotherapist at several local and international tennis and soccer events.
Outside of his clinical work, Vraj is an avid sports enthusiast who enjoys staying active and has recently taken up tennis as a new challenge. When he's not on the court or supporting his patients, he enjoys playing video games and writing. He believes physiotherapy is a truly three-dimensional profession—one that considers the whole person. Occupational Therapist
As an Occupational Therapist who grew up in the Ottawa area, I have attended both the University of Guelph for an undergraduate degree in Biology, as well as McGill University to complete my Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy. After graduation, I returned to the Ottawa area and work with adults and children in the community for the past 26 years.
My services include assessment of the Activities of Daily Living (ADL's) of adults with various physical and mental health needs to determine their service and equipment needs, particularly around home safety. I provide OT services to adults in various settings, including those with Stroke, Dementia, ALS, Muscular Dystrophy, Multiple Sclerosis, hip/knee replacements.
I have provided services for WSIB and MVA clients, including Ergonomic, Home Safety, Home Accessibility and Mobility assessments, interventions, and follow-ups including the Assisted Devices Program (ADP) as an authorizer. I have effectively managed a caseload of adults with disabilities as a rehabilitation consultant to assess their vocational skills and readiness for employment- prepared and assisted clients for job searching, job interviews, job development, job placement and job retention.
Helping to maximize the functioning of people in their own environments continues to be a passion, and I also continue to enjoy travelling and spending time with my family at the cottage over the summer months.
Clinic Care Manager
Paula brings exceptional dedication and organizational expertise to her role as Clinic Care Manager at Back On Track Physiotherapy. With a genuine passion for ensuring every patient receives outstanding care from the moment they walk through our doors, Paula plays an integral role in the smooth operation of our clinic and the positive experience of both patients and staff. She holds a 2 year College Diploma with honors in Business Marketing, which has equipped her with valuable skills in communication, strategic planning, and patient engagement.
In her role, Paula oversees the day-to-day operations of the clinic, coordinating patient appointments, managing administrative functions, and ensuring that our healthcare team has the support they need to provide exceptional therapeutic services. Her attention to detail and commitment to efficiency helps create a welcoming environment where patients feel valued and well-cared for throughout their rehabilitation journey.
Paula is trained and certified in Theralase Laser Treatments and enjoys seeing patients progress through their programs. She loves working closely with the Physiotherapists on each patient's care program, providing collaborative support for everything from WSIB to MVA cases and all conditions in between. Her warm and approachable demeanor puts patients at ease, while her professional expertise ensures that all aspects of clinic operations run seamlessly.
Paula excels at building meaningful relationships with patients, taking the time to understand their individual needs and ensuring they receive personalized attention at every visit. She serves as a vital communication bridge between patients, practitioners, and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.
With a strong background in healthcare administration and patient services, Paula is committed to continuous improvement and stays current with best practices in clinic management. Outside of work, Paula enjoys being out in nature, reading, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
