Back on Track Physiotherapy & Sports Injury is currently accepting injuries that occured at work (WSIB) at our Carleton Place, Manotick and Perth locations.
We will assist you in managing your claim and work with both you and your employer to get you back to work as quickly and safely as possible.
Please bring the claim number, given to you by WSIB on your initial visit with us.
