Tracy graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in the field of Kinesiology in 1994. Upon graduation she worked in a specialized musicians clinic, working with physicians, massage therapist and occupational therapists to rehabilitate injured professional musicians.

When she relocated to Ottawa in 1999, she was employed at a multidisciplinary clinic that treated a large population. She provided exercise prescription for work injured, people injured in automobile accidents and injured through sport. Most notably working with the Ottawa 67`s for their injury management. These clinical experiences have provided Tracy with the opportunity to work with a variety of populations, from the very young to the elderly.

On a personal note, Tracy just completed her first half marathon and is planning another one in the spring. She enjoys spending time with her young family, scrapbooking and decorating.
